I'm feeling a bit lackadaisical tonight, a little bit off-kilter. So here are some so-so photos of birds not being helpful. But they made me smile.

| Someone called this photo "artsy-fartsy". Ok. Had to do something with starlings too far away, on a rainy day, seen through a double window. |

| I don't know why I kept this photo, except that it's so very typical of the juncos; always looking for places to become invisible. |

Un dia de esos ... No me animo a nada. Pero estas fotos, ninguna muy buena, me hicieron sonreir.
- Dos cuervos en la arboladura de un velero. Creen que el único propósito de todos estos postes y cables es proveer sitios donde los pájaros puedan juntarse con sus amigos.
- "Bueno, posamos para la foto. Por un momento, nada más."
- Alguien me dijo que esta foto "arreglada" es "artsy-fartsy". Ok. Tuve que hacer algo con una foto que saqué por la ventana, en la lluvia, de pájaros más allá del alcance de mi lente.
- Y ahora son dos. Los estorninos son pájaros muy bellos. Vistos de cerca, claro.
- No sé porque guardé esta foto, aparte de que describe perfectamente la costumbre de los juncos; siempre buscan sitios donde volverse invisibles.
Bueno, mañana será otro dia.

I'm having to moderate all comments because Blogger seems to have a problem notifying me. Sorry about that. I will review them several times daily, though, until this issue is fixed.
Also, I have word verification on, because I found out that not only do I get spam without it, but it gets passed on to anyone commenting in that thread. Not cool!
