A rainy, windy afternoon. The perfect weather for a drive along the shore!

A bit further down the road, the water was full of swimmers and surfboarders. I would have stopped, but the parking spaces were all taken, with a couple of cars lined up, waiting. It was a warm afternoon; 7°C; almost spring-like, perfect for water sports. As the tide dropped, the beaches collected people; families with children, dog-walkers, solitary beachcombers, bundled-up seniors. I went on to follow a trail through dripping woods instead.

Un buen dia para un paseo por la playa. Lluvia, y viento. ¡Nada mejor!
- Vista hacia el sur, por medio del parabrisas. En ese momento, la lluvia era menos, y el limpiaparabrisas andaba en su configuración intermitente.
- Y viendo hacia el norte.
- Y hacia las islas al este.
Un poco más adelante, mucha gente estaba en el agua, nadando o montados en sus tablas de surf. Yo me hubiera detenido, pero todos los sitios donde se podía estacionar estaban llenos, y con otros coches haciendo cola. Era una tarde casi primaveral, con una temperatura de 7°C, ideal para los deportes acuáticos. Mientras iba bajando la marea, se llenaban las playas de gente: familias con sus chicos, caminantes con perros, naturalistas solitarios, viejitos todos protegidos con abrigos y gorros. Yo seguí hacia el sur y fui a caminar en un bosque empapado.
