And yet more mushrooms; it's their year!

The weather today: sunset 4:27 PM, raining (of course), temperature at sunset 8°C, dropping only to 5° overnight. Mild weather, low light; it looks like we'll have mushrooms yet for a while. 

These are some of the ones seen in the museum grounds a week ago. Any identifications are tentative.

Smooth brown mushrooms at the base of an algae-coated stump, With big-leaf maple leaves.

A coral mushroom. Google images says its Ramariopsis kunzei, which is not in my Guide book.

Cortinarius sp.?

Past their sell-by date. On ground under evergreen. With Douglas-fir cone.

LBM with fallen leaves, 

A protected corner.

Stereum sp. on a tree fallen on a mossy bank.

El clima hoy: el sol se pone a las 4:27 de la tarde. Sigue lloviendo, claro. Temperatura: 8°C, bajando a 5° a medianoche. Clima templado, con poca luz; parece que seguirán apareciendo hongos por un tiempecito.

Estos son algunos de los que vi en la vuelta alrededor del museo hace 8 dias. A los que les puse nombres, son solamente sugerencias.

1. Araricus sp., mostrando las laminillas oscuras, casi negras.
2. El mismo hongo, visto del lado opuesto. Se ve lo que queda del velo en en tallo.
3. Una Amanita sp., con hojas de salal, Gualtheria shallon.
4. Hongos color café (LBMs) en la base de un troncón cubierto de algas verdes. Con hojas muertas de Arce de Hoja Grande, Acer macrophyllum.
5. Un hongo coralino. ImágenesGoogle dice que es Ramariopsis kunzei, que no figura en mi libro guía.
6. Cortinarius sp. ?
7. LBM con hojas caídas.
8. Un sitio protegido.
9. Stererum sp., en el tronco de un árbol caído sobre un declive cubierto de musgos.

Habrá más aun, del mismo sitio. Los dejo para mañana.
