Lost and found

The summer has come and gone. The days are shrinking. The gardens are collapsing back into the soil to wait for spring. Squirrels are burying maple "airplanes" for winter goodies.

A time for endings. I've been sorting through this summer's photos, re-arranging, storing, and deleting, deleting, deleting.

I found this one, forgotten in a folder of beach critters.

Dwarf cosmos, on the way back to the car.

  2. I didn't know that these could be invasive. Our neighbour has some. I'll have to keep a lookout.

I'm having to moderate all comments because Blogger seems to have a problem notifying me. Sorry about that. I will review them several times daily, though, until this issue is fixed.

Also, I have word verification on, because I found out that not only do I get spam without it, but it gets passed on to anyone commenting in that thread. Not cool!
