Hairy lupin

A tiny lupin, ankle height, on Tyee Spit*, at the mouth of the Campbell River:

With brown dandelion heads, de-fluffed.

* Of which more, later.

Once again, a reminder: Rock Flipping Day is next Sunday, September 9th. Instructions, history, etc.

Last year, several people wrote later, to say that they had intended to join in, but forgot until it was too late. So this year, I'm harping on the date. You can help by passing the word along. Thanks!

I'm having to moderate all comments because Blogger seems to have a problem notifying me. Sorry about that. I will review them several times daily, though, until this issue is fixed.

Also, I have word verification on, because I found out that not only do I get spam without it, but it gets passed on to anyone commenting in that thread. Not cool!
