And still more fungi

Everywhere you look this time of year, there are mushrooms.

On the ground, surrounded by moss:

Boletes, big-leaf maple leaves, Douglas-fir cones, and moss.

Growing out of old wood:

Calosera cornea, aka Tuning fork. And a patch of orange jelly.

Unidentified fingers. Probably unidentifiable.

Far overhead:

Maybe one of the Pholiotas?

A closer look.

Or underfoot, in the duff:

Large, flattish, gilled mushrooms.

And it's still raining, off and on, every day. Fungi heaven!

Y sigue lloviendo, dia tras dia. ¡Un paraíso para los hongos!

I'm having to moderate all comments because Blogger seems to have a problem notifying me. Sorry about that. I will review them several times daily, though, until this issue is fixed.

Also, I have word verification on, because I found out that not only do I get spam without it, but it gets passed on to anyone commenting in that thread. Not cool!
