Fat sparrow

From the BirdCam, while I was hoping to catch, instead, a fat raccoon:

Later, it caught the fat raccoon's tail, just leaving. I'll get it, though. Patience!

  1. I'm going to try to set up a bird cam this year as well but today it's blowing a hooley.

  2. It's fun, seeing what goes on when I'm not watching.

  3. Once when we lived in Los Angeles we had a racoon come in through the kitty door and made himself at home. After scaring him into the bedroom (where the kitty door was located) he climbed the glass shower enclosure and rattled up a storm with lots of menacing language. We closed the door to the room and he finally made his way back outside. A bit scary, since we wanted to go to bed. - Margy

  4. Margy, a young one has tried to come in here, but the door was only open a few inches both times. I don't know what I'd do if I found one inside!

If your comment is on a post older than a week, it will be held for moderation. Sorry about that, but spammers seem to love old posts!

Also, I have word verification on, because I found out that not only do I get spam without it, but it gets passed on to anyone commenting in that thread. Not cool!
