Sandhill cranes over Reifel Island.
These were part of a group of 4 adults and 7 youngsters.

I'm having to moderate all comments because Blogger seems to have a problem notifying me. Sorry about that. I will review them several times daily, though, until this issue is fixed.

We don't get cranes though egrets have started to breed nearby and we had a spoonbill come pay a visit this year.
