Before the snow turned to slush

Have to be quick around here; it's raining already. But I got a few quick photos first.

Anemone japonica, frozen and dead, and a pot of Sweet William, still green under a snowy blanket.

And tomorrow, I start partying. And driving on snowy highways. And sleeping in strange beds. I may not be able to post again until after Christmas.

I'm having to moderate all comments because Blogger seems to have a problem notifying me. Sorry about that. I will review them several times daily, though, until this issue is fixed.
