Along for the ride

I had been browsing through the bush, ducking under or plowing through branches, looking at lichens and mosses, old bones and dead wood, listening to birds. When I got back to the car, I realized I'd brought along a hitchhiker; a tiny spider on my lapel. I blew it off, (so as not to damage it with a finger) and it landed on the hood of the car.

The dotted-line legs are distinctive. A wolf spider, maybe?

He looks as though he would be easy to identify, but nothing quite matches. I loaded his photo to Google images, and got almost-but-not-quite matches from everywhere but here. I've sent the photo in to iNaturalist and BugGuide.

And I returned to the bush to look at lichens on rocks, to give him time to get off the car and go home.

UPDATE: So fast! He's already been identified as probably Ethobuella tuonops, a spider often found in mossy habitats.
UPDATE #2: Cryphoeca exlineae has been suggested, as a closer match. Look-alikes.
~~~~~~~~~
Había estado dando vueltas en el bosque, agachándome bajo ramas, haciendo camino a empujones entre arbustos, observando líquenes y musgos, huesos viejos, madera muerta. Y escuchando el canto de cientos de pajaritos. Al regresar al coche, descubrí que había adquirido un pasajero; una araña pequeña venía en la solapa de mi chaqueta. Le soplé (para no herirla con un dedo) y cayó sobre el cofre del vehículo.
Foto: la aranita. Las marcas en las patas son distintivas. Tal vez sea una de las arañas "lobo".
Parece que sería fácil identificar esta araña, pero no hallé nada igual. Subí la foto a GoogleImages, y me dió un montón de fotos casi, pero no, idénticas, y de todas partes menos por esta zona. Subí la foto a iNaturalist y a BugGuide.
Y regresé al bosque para mirar algunos líquenes en las piedras, para darle tiempo al bichito de bajarse del coche e irse a casa.
NUEVO: ¡Tan rápido! Ya me la han identificada como probablemente Ethobuella tuonops, una araña que se encuentra comunmente en sitios musgosos.
Y OTRA SUGERENCIA: Otro experto cree que es Cryphoeca exlineae. Arañas muy parecidas.
I'm having to moderate all comments because Blogger seems to have a problem notifying me. Sorry about that. I will review them several times daily, though, until this issue is fixed.
Also, I have word verification on, because I found out that not only do I get spam without it, but it gets passed on to anyone commenting in that thread. Not cool!
