Beware!

The pearly everlastings were barely open and so sparkling white, so pearly. I chose two and took a few photos, then saw the brown beetle. More photos, mostly blurry. Not till I got home did I see the yellow menace on the extra stalk.

Pearly everlastings. The brown beetle, all unaware of his danger, is on the one on the right.

And here's the menace. A yellow crab spider, arms akimbo. "The better to hug you, my dear."

I'm having to moderate all comments because Blogger seems to have a problem notifying me. Sorry about that. I will review them several times daily, though, until this issue is fixed.

Also, I have word verification on, because I found out that not only do I get spam without it, but it gets passed on to anyone commenting in that thread. Not cool!
