Moth mother, interrupted
When I turned on the shower this morning, the spray disturbed a small moth resting in a corner of the window frame. She fluttered up and down madly the whole time I was showering, only calming down once everything was quiet again.
I went away and let her be. Half an hour later, I went back to get a good look at her. And found her on the still-wet window sill, laying eggs.
No wonder she was so upset!
