On Mars!

36 weeks of travel across 562 million kilometres of space travel.
And it missed its mark by a mere couple hundred metres.

The quote is from the Lousy Canuck, here.

I was in high school when the original Sputnik went up into a low earth orbit. My physics prof. told us then that we'd reached our limit; that man would never get as far as the moon. Twelve years later, men were walking around up there.

And tonight; Mars!

If your comment is on a post older than a week, it will be held for moderation. Sorry about that, but spammers seem to love old posts!

Also, I have word verification on, because I found out that not only do I get spam without it, but it gets passed on to anyone commenting in that thread. Not cool!
