Updating the Settings; Feedback Appreciated

Following advice on readability, I have changed the colours of the blog. I would welcome any comments, pro, con or indifferent.

    I didn't notice a problem before with your settings, but the current page is very clear and the colours are easy on the eyes.

    What was the color scheme before? Funny how something you see each day is so easily forgotten.

    Thanks, Laura,

    The colours were reversed before: light green print on a dark green background. A better background for photos, maybe, but harder to read.

    I like greens, too. Visual and edible.

I'm having to moderate all comments because Blogger seems to have a problem notifying me. Sorry about that. I will review them several times daily, though, until this issue is fixed.

Also, I have word verification on, because I found out that not only do I get spam without it, but it gets passed on to anyone commenting in that thread. Not cool!
