Willowherb

Weeds will find a way ...

Along the boardwalk at the New Westminster Quay busy gardeners tend to an ever-changing display of exotic and familiar plants, from palm and banana trees to black pansies and umpteen varieties of succulents. All well weeded, of course.

So this pretty willowherb is growing on the far edge of the walk, under the railings. They forgot to weed there.

And we're off to catch a ferry early in the morning. So I'll say goodnight.
